1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is an official offer (public offer) by individual entrepreneur Alexander Vladimirovich Kovzalov (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”), addressed to any individual, sole proprietor, or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).

1.2. The Agreement is considered concluded upon acceptance of this offer, that is, after payment for the Service Provider’s services.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Service Provider renders services in the field of motion design (animations for weddings, corporate events, private occasions, promotional videos, intros, educational videos).

2.2. The cost, timelines, and list of services are determined individually and agreed upon before the commencement of the services.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Service Provider undertakes to:

• Provide services with due quality and within the agreed timelines.

The Client undertakes to:

• Provide the necessary information and materials required for the execution of the services;

• Pay for the services under the conditions agreed upon in advance.

4. Refund Policy

4.1. The Client has the right to refuse the services at any time before their commencement.

4.2. In the event the Client refuses the services after work has started, a refund of 50% of the agreed amount will be provided.

4.3. The refund will be made to the same bank card used for payment within a period of 1 to 30 business days.
